Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PRIMETAPE indicator, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Master Trading LLC (“Master Trading”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

“Service” means the PRIMETAPE indicator, this website, and any related content or communications. “Subscription” means a paid plan granting access to the indicator. “Sales platform” means our authorized third-party provider (Whop) that processes subscriptions and payments. “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.

The service

PRIMETAPE is an invite-only technical analysis indicator provided through the TradingView platform on a subscription basis. Access is delivered after subscription via the sales platform. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice (see our Risk Disclaimer).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial analysis tools in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

Account and access

Access to the indicator is tied to your TradingView account and is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

License and restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active Subscription, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PRIMETAPE for your own trading analysis. You may not, and may not permit any third party to: share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or lend access to the indicator; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive, reconstruct, or replicate the indicator, its logic, its signals, or its underlying methodology; circumvent any access or invite-only controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. The methodology behind PRIMETAPE is proprietary and confidential and constitutes our trade secret and intellectual property. Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, and materials associated with PRIMETAPE and this website are owned by or licensed to Master Trading LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Subscriptions, payment, and renewal

Subscriptions are sold and billed through our sales platform (Whop), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Payment processing, billing, taxes, and renewals are handled by that platform under its own terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change; we will provide notice of material price changes where required.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the sales platform. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

No financial advice

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details. Master Trading LLC is not a broker, dealer, or registered investment adviser.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party platforms (such as TradingView) over which we have no control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Trading LLC and its affiliates, members, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation trading losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master Trading LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Master Trading LLC regarding the Service.
