We want you to be confident in your subscription to PRIMETAPE. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are offered.
7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If PRIMETAPE is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies once, to your first subscription only.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers within the 7-day window from the date of initial purchase. Renewals, repeat subscriptions, and purchases made after a previous refund are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at primetapeindicator@gmail.com within the 7-day window, using the email address associated with your subscription. Please include your order details so we can locate your purchase. Refunds are processed through our sales platform (Whop), which acts as the merchant of record, and are returned to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
After the 7-day period
After the initial 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops further billing but does not refund the current billing period, and you retain access until the end of that period.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the sales platform. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of access.
