Everything you need to run it
The complete manual, free and open. No account, no email, no paywall. Six sections: access and setup, the four signal states, both strategies, session hours, the risk framework, and how the order actually gets placed.
01
Access and setup
Step one
Access via Whop
Step two
Add the indicator
Step three
Configure the four sections
- Sessions: set your timezone, then enable up to three sessions.
- Strategies: two independent checkboxes. Enable either, or both.
- R Potential: keep it on; it draws the R/R under every confirmed signal.
- Display: keep Forming Signals, the Forming Alert Banner and the Welcome Table enabled.
02
The four signal states
Everything you need is in the status table at the top of the chart.
Standby
Nothing forming. No edge right now. Let the tape work and check back later.
Potential long / Potential short
The tape is lining up. A real signal may fire soon. Pay attention, but nothing has happened yet.
Signal forming
A banner appears with a countdown to candle close. The banner appearing does NOT guarantee the signal fires. If the setup invalidates, the banner disappears. No confirmation, no trade.
Confirmed, the arrow is your entry
The signal confirms when an arrow prints on the chart. That arrow is your entry. Nothing before it counts.
03
The two strategies
Two independent strategies with the same stop logic: long stops at the recent low, short stops at the recent high. Signals tend to print where the current move is about to stall, which is why a stop just beyond that level works. If you have your own stop rules, structural or ATR-based, use them. The signal marks the timing; the stop is yours.
Quality Filter: fewer signals, higher quality
An extra candle-based confirmation on top of the base engine. Take profit is fixed: 4R on Nasdaq, 3R on EURUSD and Gold. Recommended risk 0.4% to 0.5% per trade.
Only High R/R: fewer trades, bigger winners
Take profit is variable: the indicator prints an R/R recommendation under each confirmation arrow. Below 4R, skip it. At 4R or above, take it and target the printed R. Recommended risk 0.3% to 0.4% per trade.
The golden rule
On any recommendation of 5R or more, close half at 4R and move the stop to breakeven on the rest. The partial win is locked and the runner rides risk-free.
Losing streaks are part of the design
High R/R is wrong more often than it is right. That is what an asymmetric system does, and the big winners are what cover it. Three losses in a row is not a reason to stop. Changing the plan mid-streak is how the math stops working.
When not to trade
Do not trade NFP days (first Friday of the month, 08:30 ET) or CPI release days, especially after the release, when price often extends in one direction and the tape ignores normal structure, generating false signals. Wait for the next full trading day.
04
Sessions
All hours below are Spanish time (CET/CEST) with the US Eastern equivalent. NY Lunch (18:00–19:30 Spanish) is generally quiet. There is no dedicated setup for it, though signals can still appear.
| Session | Spanish time | US Eastern |
|---|---|---|
| London | 08:00–11:00 | 02:00–05:00 AM |
| London Lunch | 11:00–13:00 | 05:00–07:00 AM |
| NY Preopen | 13:00–15:30 | 07:00–09:30 AM |
| NY Open | 15:30–18:00 | 09:30 AM–12:00 PM |
| NY PM | 19:30 onwards | 01:30 PM onwards |
Where the edge actually is
The track record is built on the two strongest sessions per asset, ranked by profit factor. These are recomputed from the full signal history every week, so this list is current, not a snapshot:
| Asset | Best sessions | Profit factor |
|---|---|---|
| EURUSD | London · London Close 16:00-18:00 | 2.13 |
| Nasdaq | London Lunch · NY Open | 2.53 |
| Gold | NY Open · London Lunch | 2.51 |
Profit factor shown for the Quality Filter strategy across the two sessions above, 2026-04-13 to 2026-10-02. Figures are gross R. They do not include spread, commission or slippage. Explore any combination yourself →
Other instruments
The indicator is not locked to these three. It reads price and volume, which every chart has, so it runs on anything TradingView carries: crypto, any Forex pair, commodities, stocks. The three above are simply the ones we have measured and publish numbers for. On anything else, backtest it yourself first and treat the result as yours, not ours.
05
Explore the data
The Combinations Explorer on the track record page backtests any combination in real time. Filter by asset, strategy, direction, session and date range, and you get back the profit factor, total R, the equity curve and a day-by-day breakdown for exactly that setup, including the combinations that do not work.
06
Risk and orders
What 1R means
Every signal is measured in R. One R is what you lose if the trade hits its stop, your fixed risk per trade. On a $10,000 account risking 2%, one R is $200. The R multiples are identical for everyone; what differs is what you choose to put behind them.
| Context | Risk per trade | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Quality Filter | 0.4% – 0.5% | Higher hit rate, controlled losers. |
| Only High R/R | 0.3% – 0.4% | Fewer hits, bigger winners. |
| Personal capital | 1% – 2% | No drawdown rules. You set the ceiling. |
| Prop firm accounts | 0.4% max | Strict drawdown limits. One break fails the account. |
Placing the order on MT5
- Signal confirms and the arrow prints on TradingView.
- Open MT5 on the same instrument. Broker tickers vary: EURUSD, US100 or NAS100 for Nasdaq, XAUUSD for Gold.
- Buy Market for a long, Sell Market for a short.
- Adjust volume (lots) so the loss at stop equals your risk percentage.
- Set the stop at the recent low (long) or recent high (short), or your own rule.
- Set the take profit. Filter is fixed (3R or 4R), High R/R uses the printed R.
- Send it, and let it run to stop or target.
First week: make it boring
Trade very small for the first five to seven sessions. The point is to see wins and losses land at stakes that cannot hurt you, and to find out how you behave when one goes against you. Scale up after that, not before.
Futures through a prop firm
For funded futures you can trade straight from TradingView. No MT5 needed. Buy or sell from the chart, set stop and target on the chart, and the order routes to your broker.
07
Broker setup
You need a broker only for CFDs. If you trade futures through a funded account, section 06 covers it and nothing here applies.
Vantage Markets: personal CFD accounts
This is the broker we use, and the one the MT5 steps in section 06 are written against. Open an account →
Current promotion: up to 150% deposit bonus
Vantage is running up to a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to $50,000 in bonus credit. It is their promotion, on their terms, and availability depends on the Vantage entity you register under. It is not offered in every jurisdiction, so check it applies to you before you size a deposit around it. A $1,000 first deposit is the usual starting point for making the most of it.
Four settings to get right at sign-up
Choose an ECN account, not Standard. Spread is the single biggest drag on an M1 system, and Standard accounts widen it. Enable Swap-Free. Select MT5 as the platform, not TradingView. TradingView accounts are excluded from the bonus, and section 06 places orders in MT5 anyway. Changing any of these after the account exists usually means opening a second one.
That link is an affiliate link: if you open an account through it we receive a commission from Vantage, at no cost to you. It does not change your spreads or your terms, and you are under no obligation to use it. The indicator works the same on any broker. Bonus credit is not withdrawable cash and is governed entirely by Vantage’s terms, which you should read before depositing.
Quick answers
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The TradingView app renders the chart and the status table identically.
Does it work on crypto? On other pairs?
Yes, and on everything else. The engine reads price and volume, and every chart has both, so it runs on any instrument TradingView carries: crypto, every Forex pair, indices, commodities, stocks. What is narrower is where we publish measured results. Forex majors, Gold and US indices are the instruments in our signal log, so those are the only numbers you will see us quote.
How many signals per day?
It varies with the tape. Some days none or one, other days five to ten. The indicator does not manufacture setups to fill a quota.
Does it work for prop firm accounts?
Yes. Everything is expressed in R, which is independent of account size or capital source.
What about NFP and CPI days?
Skip them, especially after the release. Wait until the next full trading day.
Where is my TradingView invite?
Check that your TradingView username in Whop matches your profile exactly. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact support.
